Theists sure know how to excuse putative God's plan for us to let evil happen to us! Fr. Meslier's the problem of Heaven rips their defenses and theodices apart by querying why if free will is so good and no evil happens in Heaven, then why not here to be consistent? And most find Him knowing the future, no need would exist for free will to choose the evil for soul-building could exist!
